The space In this property, there are two beautiful villas and one dormitory that are equipped with hotel quality bed linens, pillows, towels, bathroom fixtures, split system air-conditioning, and HD televisions. 2 villas with fully-air conditioned bedrooms each with its own toilet and bath, hotel quality linens and towels, and can accommodate up to 12 persons. 1 dormitory with air-condition, linens and towels, a separate toilet and bath, and can accommodate up to 10 persons. We also offer ATV rentals for a fee of 700php per hour, and bikes for 100php per hour. The city center/market is only a 20-minute drive away. Other nearby places worthy of an excursion are Mampurog River (10 minute-drive) and Calaguas White Sand Beach (40 minute drive + 1 and 1/2 hour boat ride). If you're lucky and the weather permits, you get to see nature's night lights AKA Fireflies! Please note that the rate published here in airbnb is good for 20 persons. Exceeding guests are allowed for an additional fee. Guest access Please treat the entire resort like it's your home. And like your own home, please clean as you go. Garbage cans are placed around the resort for easy disposal of waste. If you are a group of 12-15, the 2 main villas will serve as your guest rooms as each villa sleeps a maximum of 6 persons. Rate for this one is P25,000.00 If you are a group of 15-20 pax, the 2 main villas AND the dormitory which sleeps 10 pax, will be available to accommodate all registered guests. Rate for this one is P30,000.00 For the safety of everyone in the resort, we will be requesting a list of all the names of the guests checking-in. Other things to note For the months of October to February, temperatures at our place can drop to 18 degrees Celsius at night so please don't forget to bring your jackets!
