It now comfortably sleeps 16, with six very large bedrooms with a combination of double and twin single beds, one smaller double bedroom, and a children's room with a bunkbed. The property has a newly installed and fully equipped kitchen, a separate living room and a separate dining room, both of which enjoy glorious sea views; a games room with a professional-standard pool table, and a TV room that opens onto the large garden. Guest access Only a five-minute walk from Ilfracombe’s picturesque harbour with its fishing and pleasure boats, seafront cafes and bars and local shops, the property is also an excellent jumping-off point from which to explore North Devon’s dramatic coastline. Enjoy the spectacular cliff walks around Woody Bay and the Valley of the Rocks, the secluded bays of Rockham and Heddon’s Mouth, the coastal villages of Clovelly and Lynmouth, and the glorious sandy beaches and prized surfing destinations of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton. Ilfracombe is also only a short drive from the dramatic beacons and valleys of Exmoor National Park. Other things to note Three free parking spaces on-site directly in front of the house.
