The space The spacious 5 acre property is safe and secure with fully fenced perimeter and electric gate. Guesthouse is lockable and includes a private undercover double carport. This modern, clean space includes unlimited wifi, 2 bedrooms, large bathroom, fully equip kitchen, laundry, private deck with BBQ facilities and comfortable lounge area with a smart TV. Guesthouse is non-smoking inside, well maintained and tidy including regular cleaning of air conditioners. Extra bedding can be set up. Guest access On the property there is plenty of open space to walk for for children to play. There is a new pedestrian/bike path directly behind the property and guests are welcome to use the back gate for access. The new path leads to Coolalinga shopping centre in one direction and the other direction leads to Howard Springs entrance where the path actually continues right on into the city.
