Our comfortable one bedroom apartment is a perfect place for you to free your mind. It's located so close to the sea you can feel the summer breeze. There is also shaded garden area with comfy wooden deckchairs and barbecue. Come and catch some rays. The space FREE USE of tennis and beach equipment: sea bed, beach mattres, diving masks, snorkel, fins, sea shoes (not all shoe sizes), etc. (Beach equipment is located in the pantry, outside of the apartment.) ***************************************************************** Little town, called Stobreč, offers you a complete spiritual and mental vacation. However, if you want to feel the vibe of the city (Split), you are a short journey away from it. If you are interested into some sport activities and adrenaline, you are only 13 km away from it. River Cetina (Omiš) offers you as many possibilities as you want (rafting, canyoning and zip-line tours can be arranged several times a day). If you are into sport, you can walk/run along nearby river, play tennis (at STOBREC TENNIS CAMP), rent a kayak, experience diving (STOBREC OPEN SEA DIVING CENTER), go hiking,... You are dreaming of visiting Split? - A historic city and the palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian is only 6 km away. There is a good traffic connection between Split and Stobreč (2 minutes of walk to get to the bus station). If you are a history lover, make sure you visit old Roman ruins of city SALONA (only 7 km from the apartment). When you step out of the apartment you will have a huge selection of cafes, restaurants, bars, bakeries, and so much more. Our lovely apartment is located in a short walking distance (40 up to max 300 meters) from both rocky and pebble beaches. The apartment is located 25 km from the airport. Transfer is available (40 euros). Guest access GENERAL: * Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability. *Guests can store their belongings in our storage room before their check-in and after their check-out. *Air-conditioner (cooling and heating) - free of charge *Change of towels and bedclothes every few days. *Private car parking is provided and free of charge. KITCHEN: *Fully equipped kitchen, with all the utensils, necessary things for cooking, and basic spices. BATHROOM: *Hair dryer *Basic cosmetics (liquid soap, shower gel, toilet paper...) *Cleaning products, and detergent will be provided. SMALL BATHROOM / PANTRY (outside the apartment): *always unlocked *it has washing machine BEDROOM: *Mosquito and insect protection *Comfortable Memory Foam mattress (16 cm thick) *Comfortable Dormeo Silver-Ion Contour upper mattress (7 cm thick) *Large closet *Baby crib will be provided, if needed (no extra costs) GARDEN *You can use it whenever you want, whether you want to relax in the deckchairs, catch some sun rays, make barbecue or drink some wine in the evening... *Garden area is perfect place to meet new people as it is shared by guest staying in both our apartments Other things to note The guests are obliged to take care of their personal things and valuables left in the accommodation. The owners will not be responsible in case of any disappearance. The guests are requested to close the doors and windows while the air-conditioner is in use. The guests are requested to switch off the lights, air-conditioning, electrical appliances (except water heater) and close the water when they go out of the accommodation. Please do not put dirty dishes back in the cupboards - if you do not have time to wash them, feel free to leave them in the sink. Pets are allowed only with the permission of the owners. The guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
