Description

Bibiana is a small town located at the entrance of Val Pellice, not far from the Olympic mountains of Turin 2006. The surrounding area is full of historical and natural attractions, as well as a pleasant and relaxing agricultural landscape. Our property offers the possibility to stay and taste the company's products, all from organic farming, at our restaurant or to buy them directly at the points of sale in the farmhouse. The space The apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the second floor of a recently renovated building, which was once used as a stable. The accommodation is part of the farmhouse complex: it overlooks the farmyard, the garden, and the orchards that surround the property. The apartment sleeps 4 and consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. It features a table with chairs, a closet, a kitchenette equipped with an induction stovetop, a refrigerator, an espresso machine, pots and pans, a microwave oven, a hairdryer, and a TV. Guest access Guests have access to ample free parking, the large garden equipped with tables, benches, and children's games, and the swimming pool. Other things to note The apartment is located on our farm, where we grow fruit, vegetables, and cereals and manage grasslands, practicing organic farming since 1987. We raise Piemontese cattle under the CoAlVi brand, as well as pigs, sheep, and bees. We transform our homegrown produce to make preserves, juices, jams, spirits, butchered meats, cured meats, and liqueurs. We cook what we produce, and we serve it on the farm: it's all us, from the land to the table. On our farms, we host groups of young people in the summer, school groups, families, and anyone who wants to experience and feel the rhythms of nature, agriculture, and the land. We sell our fresh and processed products directly on the farm, at our points of sale in Turin, and through organic channels in Italy and abroad. The surrounding area is rich in historical and natural attractions, all of which are easily accessible by car over short distances. History and art enthusiasts will have the opportunity to visit the Fenestrelle Fort, the Cistercian Abbey of Staffarda, the Manta Castle, and the town of Saluzzo, with its palaces dating back to the time of the Marquisate, the Waldensian Museum of Torre Pellice, and all the Waldensian historical sites. You can also easily reach scenic starting points for hikes and treks, including at high altitudes, rock faces for sport climbing, and mountain bike trails, both easy and challenging, to explore alpine landscapes rich in unique fauna and flora, alpine huts and pastures still in use that produce and sell cheese, as well as breathtaking natural scenery.
