Welcome to Paris House. We have 6 studio apartments and 1 family apartment available May through October in the luxurious enclave of Kalamaki. If you wish to book outside of these months, please contact us. We offer a near private beach overlooking the islands of Tsougrias. This particular listing is for a STUDIO apartment with TWO SINGLE BEDS on the UPPER FLOOR (upon request, the single beds can be joined to form a double bed). The space Each studio is 25 square meters and equipped with a kitchenette and a private bath (shower, sink and w/c). The family apartment is larger (2 rooms, 50 square meters, sleeps 4). This listing is for a STUDIO apartment with TWO SINGLE BEDS on the UPPER FLOOR (upon request, the single beds can be joined to form a double bed, but there will be a small seam). Upper floor units have private terraces and lower floor units have patio space. All overlook the beach and pine forest that surrounds our beautiful cove. Each room is simply furnished. All rooms have air conditioning as well as television. Included is a daily cleaning service and linens are changed every few days. We provide "Paradise on a Budget," offering a very quiet and tranquil environment in which guests can relax and unwind. Guest access Laundry and cooking facilities are available, as is free WIFI (a small charge applies for laundry). There are several small supermarkets as well as restaurants (tavernas) within walking distance of Paris House. Other things to note Please note that we are not affiliated with Paris Guest House in Agia Paraskevi, Skiathos, with which we are sometimes confused. Our property is located in Kalamaki, the most luxurious part of the island, and is situated on the actual beachfront. We are roughly 1 kilometer from the nearest bus stop and 500 meters from the nearest water taxi. We are situated at the top of a hill (hence our majestic views) but that does involve a slight climb if you are coming to us on foot. Our private beach is reached by foot through our olive grove and involves a walk of 1-2 minutes. Please note that the descent to the beach is a little bit steep (less of a problem going down than up, as it will involve a slight climb at the end of your beach day).
