Parking Fees: Here's how parking fees will be applied based on how long you're staying: Regular Season (March - October): -Days 1-3: $20.00 per day -Days 4-7: Free -Day 8 and beyond: $5.00 per day Slow Season (November - March): -Capped at $60 for your entire stay (ie for a monthly stay). A signed Rental Agreement with a copy of your ID will be required to be returned to check-in. Guest access Guests have full access to the condo during their reserved dates.
