The space This home accommodates up to 7 guests with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with separate toilet. There is a double sofa located in one of the living areas. Linen on request. Guest access Our guests have the house to themselves but there is owners space that will not be accessible during your stay. There is off street parking and in the large driveway. Fully equipped kitchen including coffee pod machine, coffee and a selection of teas are provided and some staple pantry items. Solar heated swimming pool with kids water slide. Entertaining seating, table chairs and BBQ. Pool toys, floaties, pool towels all for guest use. Additional to pool area is a secured garden with large outdoor table lounging furniture for dining and socialising especially for little ones with a trampoline and toys. Canberra swimming season is approximately from October to March. Other things to note A highchair and cot is available for guests on request. Bodywash, shampoo and conditioners, cleaning items and essential items are supplied. All bed linens and towels are supplied (Including cot sheets on request). A pool cleaner and gardener every 2-4 weeks for maintenance. Guests should be aware that this may occur during their stay. They will not require access to the house and guests will be given prior notice.
