Avignon is positioned among the gently undulating hills of Kingston, a short drive from the vibrant activity and cultural attractions of Daylesford and Hepburn Springs. Avignon provides a "taste of Provence" with its French themed decor and gardens. The space The property has three bedrooms, comprising one queen bed, one double bed and two single beds. Cosy lounge area with Ned Kelly fireplace, separate dining room with seating for up to 8 and fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with claw foot bath and shower, and separate toilet. Avignon features a number of outside seating areas, with an outdoor eating area and BBQ in the rear courtyard. So private in the beautiful picturesque township of Kingston - perfect for lovely morning strolls. Avignon was tastefully decorated in provincial French decor with every need thought of and met. A great range of CD's to listen to while relaxing in the pretty courtyard with a glass of wine. We thoroughly enjoyed patting the very friendly goats too! Property exactly as advertised. Located in a delightly quiet location, rustic but very clean, warm and fully equipped - a great place to get away from it all.Great base for touring local area (Daylesford, Hepburn Springs, Creswick, Clunes and Ballarat) with the advantage of being in a tranquil rural setting.
