Studio Dorothea with Pool on Lake Maggiore

This is how Gottfried Keller put it in the closing words of his poem "Evening Song," and you may feel the same way when you look out from the terrace of the accommodation in the typical Ticino village of Fosano over Lake Maggiore towards the Ticino Alps and Gotthard massif. The space The simple but charming studio with 180° lake view in the annex (annex) to the newly renovated 3-room rental apartment (ground floor apartment of the main house) can be rented individually (for 2 people) or together with the 3-room apartment (for 4 people). The studio has one (of a total of 3 in-house outdoor parking spaces (located directly on the flat roof and house driveway), a small terrace (20 m2) with evening sun and a table and 4 chairs for private use. The studio offers a comfortable sofa bed (1.6 x 2.0), a small study desk, a fully equipped fitted kitchen and a separate shower room with toilet on 20 m². The separate hot water boiler and the large refrigerator (with freezer compartments) are located in the basement room under the studio. Bed linens and towels are ready and will be washed by our housekeeper after the end of the stay. A flat rate of CHF 80 will be charged for cleaning. The spacious swimming pool (4.5 x 10 meters; 1.60 m deep) belonging to the property may be shared (please note the bathing rules). The fireplace grill located on the terrace of the lower apartment may be used under your own responsibility and subject to any cantonal fire bans. Please inquire about the cantonal fire bans regularly imposed in the summer months. The two in-house parking spaces as well as the excellent connection of the apartment allow a comfortable arrival by private car or public transport.
