You won’t find a better location. The space PLEASE NOTE: There is currently construction going on next to us so there is potential for building noise. Please make sure you are aware of this before booking. Unfortunately we have no control over this but would like our guests to be aware. Our beachside apartment is the perfect beach home for you to relax and unwind. You can see the water from our balcony. Our apartment is fully equipped with all the essentials: Fast free wireless wifi, plasma TVs in every bedroom, Netflix, washing machine, clothes dryer, Nespresso coffee machine. Reverse cycle air conditioning and heating in each of the rooms. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony with a full sized barbecue and an outdoor table with chairs and umbrella on our balcony. Please note: We have a very strict no party and no pet policy. Everybody in our apartment block are all very close and respectful of each other and noise levels. This is our apartment home and we expect guests to please be respectful and treat it as you would your own home. Main bedroom - King sized bed. Ensuite bathroom. TV. Netflix. Aircon + Heating. Second Bedroom - Queen sized bed. Separate bathroom. TV. Aircon + Heating. Third Bedroom (please note this is a small kids room) TV. Aircon + heating. There is a small Single bed. This room best suits a child as the single bed and room is small though there is air conditioning/heating and a plasma tv in the kids room. This room may not be suitable for an adult due to the size. Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment. Please note that parking is street parking (A parking permit is provided) and will be left for you to use, it’s really important guests do not lose these.
