We have free bicycles for tours and we help to explore the local area. We guide the guests to a visit in the Kataragama multi-religious site to participate in the daily Pooja. We serve Sri Lankan cuisine prepared daily and cooked on an open fire with terracotta pots. We want to offer an unforgettable stay and experience with the nature. How to arrive to Gem River Edge by car: We are 3km from kataragama town center. When you arrive to Kataragama take Butula Direction - Sella road. On the right side of this road, on the km 3 sign, just before the Matika Mata meditation center, there's a little land road (Keselkoratuwa) with a yellow star symbol on one rock. We are on the end of this land road. Note: the GPS coordinates 6.425740 , 81.310303 (TO THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF OUR LITTLE ROAD). By bus: When you arrive to Kataragama bus station you can take a tuctuc and give to the driver our address and our surname - Munasingha. Kataragama is the holly town, one of the most visited, sacred multi-religious pilgrimage sites for Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims and Vedda communities of Sri Lanka. Everybody are welcome to join the daily "pooja" ceremony.
