Mango tree, hammock, with private bedroom

This is a bedroom to yourself in a house with 4 total bedrooms. The bathroom is shared with 2 guys. I am around, but give loads of privacy. Location is so convenient. It's in the middle of Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Little Havana and Brickell. The space Hello, this is a home built in 1938 of cinder block and stucco. There are 4 bedrooms, of which you will have 1. We all keep to ourselves, so you’ll have plenty of privacy. The bathroom is shared with 2 guys. They are clean for guys, but often not up to a lady’s standard. If you see the reviews, many of the women rate low on the bathroom, even though they booked knowing that it is shared with men. I am putting it out here so that if you are super picky about the bathroom, this many not be the right place for you. I have refinished the bathtub and put in a new floor in the bathroom since the last review. The guest suggested a facelift and I listened. I hope the bathroom feels more comfortable with the updates. You have shared access to the living room, bathroom, dining room, kitchen and backyard area with the workout equipment, pool and hammock. I am not a professional maintenance person, so you must agree to using the pool and equipment at your own risk as a condition of booking this place. I work from home, so you may use the desk in the bedroom if you want to work while you’re here. You are not welcome to use the kitchen table for work (or other shared areas) as it is distracting to me. You’d be surprised how many people will post up all day using speakerphone in a shared space. It may sound like a lot of rules, but this is really a VERY laid back house. Just treat everyone how you’d like to be treated. 420 or cigarettes are ok outside, but not indoors.
