Dining Area for 16. Lounging area and fire pit and BBQ. Dogs are welcome however, are not permitted upstairs and may stay in the 40ft kitchen area and utility room. They have free run to outside areas. We allow a maximum of x2 dogs, which are charged at £50 per dog, per stay. Should the number of guests at any given time exceed 16, permission from the host should be obtained first as this could categorise the gathering as an event, incurring an event fee depending on the additional numbers.
