Beautiful, spacious country house located within the Brecon Beacons National Park. Panoramic mountain views. Sleeps 16 guests comfortably. For adult leisure there is a 40ft kitchen, billiard room, bar, games den, gym, yoga area, a spa/steam room and hot tub. Nearby village pubs and a shop. The village of Crickhowell is just a 10-minute drive, & Abergavenny town centre is a 12-minute drive away. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. The space Ground Floor: Kitchen; Children's gaming Den; Formal Dining Room; WC; Breakfast Room; Hallway; formal Lounge; Billiard Room and Bar; Yoga Relaxation Room; SPA with Hot tub and Steam Room. 1st Floor: Master Suite (Superking)en-suite; 3 x King En-suite rooms; 1 double en-suite room. 2nd floor; Family Room Sleeps 4; 1 suite King Size Guest access Parking to the rear of the property for approximately 8 cars, and further overflow parking in the field to rear Other things to note Outside area: 17 acres primarily consisting of farmland, featuring a formal garden. A dining space is available for 16 guests. There is a lounging area equipped with a fire pit and BBQ during the summer months. Dogs are welcome; however, are not permitted upstairs and may stay in the 40ft kitchen area and utility room. They have free run to outside spaces. We permit a maximum of two dogs, with a fee of £30 per dog, per stay. Any type of event MUST seek permission prior to booking.Should the number of guests at any given time exceed 16, permission from Duffryn Mawr Country House should be obtained first, as this could categorise the gathering as an event, incurring an event fee depending on the additional attendees.
