We've hosted over 200 happy medical students! My wife used to be an ER nurse at Trinity. She noticed med students were either staying in unsafe places or far away. We decided to help. We now have 4 fully furnished homes in Pontiac's two best neighborhoods that we rent EXCLUSIVELY to rotating med students & resident doctors. Because we enjoy helping med students, we’ve priced our rent a few hundred dollars less per month than other nearby places of similar quality. We can't wait to host you! The space My wife and I do everything we can to make your stay easy and enjoyable! All four of our med student homes including this one come fully-furnished, well-maintained, have 3 bedrooms, and everything you'll need: Pots/pans, silverware, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, smart TV, free washer/dryer, fast WI-FI, free easy parking, & of course a coffee maker. Plus you'll have peace of mind knowing your two other housemates will also be medical students or residents. Your private bedroom also comes with bedding, towels, a desk, dresser, mirror & closet. This home has an open living room and a basement for extra storage. Location: This home is in one of Pontiac's best neighborhoods, right on the border of the prominent Bloomfield Twp. Only a 10 minute door-to-door walk to Trinity (formerly SJMO). Less than 5 min drive or Uber to several great restaurants, Starbucks, Target, and Costco. Only 8 minutes to Mclaren Oakland Hospital and Pontiac General Hospital. Only 15 minutes to the Beaumont Hospital in both Royal Oak, 20 minutes to Beaumont in Troy, and 25 minutes to the Beaumont in Farmington hills. Less than 25 minutes to the Ascension Providence Hospitals in both Southfield and Rochester, and 35 minutes to the Ascension in Novi. Guest access The bedroom you rent is private and you’ll have full access to the rest of the home! (minus the other two bedrooms of course) During your stay You likely won't see us. We have electric door locks so you can let yourself in at your convenience. Other things to note In order to best accommodate medical students doing their rotations, we have to make sure your dates align with the school's rotation schedule. Therefore if the dates you request do not line up with the standard rotation schedule, we may be unable to accommodate your request, although we try our best and may be able to offer you one of our other med student homes.
