Located in sunny Santa Cruz on the Central coast of California just an hour south of San Francisco and an hour north of Monterey, it's a great location for exploring the surrounding areas. Amenities include a full newly remodeled kitchen, a party deck with a hot tub, and all the beach supplies you will need. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen size bed. The two upstairs bedrooms share a European style bath with shower, and the master bedroom has its own bathroom. There is an additional half bath with washer and dryer off the kitchen. Amenities for Children-: Pak n play , high chairs, 2 toddler cots, Lots of books and toys! Wake up, brew yourselves some coffee from the Santa Cruz Roasting company (beans and half and half provided) and enjoy the hot tub while the air is still cool. If you want to have a beach day, use our coolers, blankets, towels, chairs and beach table - anything you need for a day in the sand and sun. At night you can gather on the deck around our gas fire pit- or sit at the Tiki Bar and enjoy a cocktail and one of your favorite shows. There is a standing gas heater to keep you warm if the night is chilly. A fifteen minute walk in different directions offers many choices of lovely restaurants, good local shopping, superb bakeries and local coffee shops. The beach is just a fifteen minute bike ride or drive away! . We have lived in our home for almost forty years, and we love to travel. So when we are out of town - whether for a weekend or a week, we would love for you to enjoy a wonderful Santa Cruz visit. Because of local hotel taxes, we need to charge an additional 11% of our nightly fee. You can leave cash or a check for us and we will pay it to the City of Santa Cruz. We don't include it in the airbnb fee as we don't want you to pay a fee to them on the taxes we need to collect for the city. We will leave an envelope for you with the required amount, and you can leave it with us at the end of your visit.
