Two story holiday home with absolute beach frontage accommodates a range of guest preferences. Please note, ‘Entire house’ - no one else will be residing at the property. Two bedrooms are made available for up to 4 guests twin share. Bedroom 3 is available and capped at an additional $300 for the duration of your stay. The studio apartment downstairs is a separate Airbnb listing, however also available at a discounted rate of $120 per night if required. View ‘Beachfront Studio Apartment’. The space This beach house is a home away from home. Almost all you need, other than personal items are provided. Most of all, we provide amazing ocean views and breezes from both the upstairs and lower balconies. The upstairs balcony has an outdoor setting for alternative dining and a smaller setting for taking in the view. We have an undercover patio area with BBQ, outdoor setting and undercover clothesline. The BBQ area is adjacent to the breezeway. We have also placed an 8 seater outdoor setting across the road. It’s always a few degrees cooler right on the beach on hot sunny days. Guest access The upstairs accommodation is inclusive of up to 4 guests (twin share) and includes use of the second toilet, shower/vanity room and laundry located in the downstairs section. The third bedroom upstairs containing a queen and king bed can be opened up for additional guests at $250 for the duration of your stay, regardless of the duration. The fourth bedroom, living area and kitchen downstairs are a separate listing on Airbnb and are available by prior arrangement at a discounted rate of $120 per night. Other things to note Your upstairs reservation includes the downstairs utilities space, second shower room, separate toilet and all outdoor areas including an enclosed laundry. The adjoined area downstairs features an additional bedroom as well as an open lounge, dining and kitchen. This space is listed separately on Airbnb as 'Beachfront Studio Apartment'. If you reserve upstairs, the studio apartment will only be let out to your group and vice versa. Please enquire if you require the 4th bedroom and downstairs living area at an additional discounted rate of $120 per night. There's loads of uncovered parking space with the house a stones throw from the boat ramp at one end. At the other end of Seaforth you’ll find a wet and dry play park, shops, bowls club, tennis court, BMX track, swimming enclosure and other services eg takeaway, fuel, ice etc. Please note we have a 5 night minimum stay for Qld school holidays.
