Relax on the decks in the sun or cook up a feast on the BBQ! Our beautiful beach house was built in the 1960s and has timber floors & a cosy, relaxed feel. Beaut playground nearby. Rye Beach at the end of the street. Fully fenced + remote gate Fire Pit The space The beach house is located on a large corner block. It is fully fenced. It has decks front and rear that are perfect for relaxation. The gardens are serene and the rear deck has an outdoor setting. 10 minutes by foot and you'll reach the beach at the end of our street. 2 minutes walk from a fabulous kids playground. Guest access Entire private home with surrounding gardens and expansive outdoor deck areas. Fully equipped kitchen Microwave Coffee Machine Fridge Laundry with washing machine Bathroom 2 toilets Other things to note Cooling : There is split system air conditioner in the lounge area. Due to the high ceilings the house still stays quite cool during the summer months and pedestal fans are provided. Heating: There is ducted heating throughout the house We have totem tennis, board games and card games. Also a great garden for kids to explore in. There is a washing machine available. No dryer but plenty of space on the clothes line. Linen is provided unless otherwise arranged however please bring your own beach towels.
