The space Baan Talay Chine Boutique Resort 1 (BTC1) located at the end of Neabkethart Road, a no-through road which runs parallel to the Hua Hin downtown northern beach. The Palace is right next to our property and there is a Palace Park in front of our villa. From our third floor deck we can see the sea. The beach is really relaxing, located adjoining the King's palace, no banana boats or jet skiing is allowed on the beach. Locals like to walk, catch crabs, fish and swim here. It is 5-10 mins walk to the beach front seafood restaurants like Itsara, You Yan Balcony, Coco 51 and Livingroom etc. Also nearby are many cafes, local noodles shops, eateries, a Family Mart and 7-11. You can also walk to the Hua Hin Night Market in 20 mins. There is an organic supermarket called The Golden Place (owned by the King's Palace), only 5 mins walk away. There are 4 pool villas in BTC1: A1- Two bedroom en-suite with private garden and pool 3x7 meter (Max. 6 pax). A2-One bedroom en-suite with private garden and pool 3x4 meter (Max. 2 Pax). B1- Two bedroom en-suite with private garden and pool 3x7 meter (Max. 6 pax). B2-One bedroom en-suite with private garden and pool 3x4 meter (Max. 2 Pax). Allow more time or avoid travel on the rush hours. 2-We provide hotel standard towels( bath towels, face towels and hand towels) and bed linen (mattress protection, pillows,white bed-sheets, and duvets), it can be changed when guests needed. 3-This price is including breakfast at your choice of Western or Asian. 4-Up to two small pets ( less than 5 kg ) are acceptable subject to extra charge of THB 200 per pet per night.
