Description

Come and experience a true Nepali village community. Situated 3 hours by a combination of bus and foot east of Kathmandu, the small village of Tukucha Nala is surrounded by rolling valleys of rice, corn and potato fields. The private room is inside a traditional Nepali family home. The space The private room is located within a traditional Nepali home. It is a basic space with a single bed and accompanying mosquito net, plus a chest of drawers for storage. A padlock is also available to lock the room. Guest access All parts of the family home are open, along with relatives homes around the village. During your stay I will be available to attend to any needs throughout each day. I am a trekking guide and will be able to take guests on walks around the local area to see other communities and experience the breathtaking views. It will be possible to get involved in daily village life, namely milking cows, feeding goats, working on the fields, cooking traditional meals etc. should the guests like to do so. Other things to note The village was affected by the earthquake. The family home has undergone necessary repairs to make the best out of the difficult situation. Hosting guests will be a huge help for the family and community in moving forward in the aftermath of the earthquake.
