Country Cabin

This rustic cabin in the woods offers an outside firepit, charcoal grill, outdoor dining area, full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 BATH. It's located near cross country and down hill ski resorts, golf resort, snowmobile trails, close to Lake Erie and Findley Lake for swimming, boating, fishing, and Lake Erie wine trail with over 50 miles of wine country. The space Our Cabin is located on a beautiful 10 acres, down a country gravel road. Staying here you will be getting away from all the city noise and enjoying a wonderful dose of country atmosphere. There are 2 other houses/cabins near the property that can be seen from our cabin. Curiosity of our neighbors, in recent years, unfortunately we have no control of this. Our cabin is still private and you can enjoy your vacation. You will find there is NO cable/satellite and NO Internet, making it a wonderful place to reconnect with the family or that special loved one. We do, however, have a smart TV that gets about 15 local channels, and will work with your own hot spot. There is also a large selection of DVDs, (please don’t steal our movies!!) The kitchen is stocked with ample cook and bakeware. The cabin has 1 FULL BATH, 1 PRIVATE BEDROOM with a queen bed on first floor. The upstairs has an OPEN LOFT with 2 Queen beds and 2 twin beds. Remember, there is only 1 BATHROOM. There are woods to walk in and a firepit for a romantic evening of star gazing. Wood for firepit is NOT provided. There is a charcoal grill for you to use. Please clean it thoroughly after every use. Well behaved, house trained, dogs are welcome for an additional $75. Max 2 dogs, sorry no other type of pets allowed. Please read house rules for list of what is required of pet, service animal and emotional support animal. Please note there is an extra charge per guest once you reach 4 guests. Smoking at the cabin is outside only! Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the designated areas. Guest access You will have full access to all 10 acres and all areas of the cabin except for the shed and basement. Other things to note ****We now offer a cleaning refund if the cabin is in the condition it was when you arrived. The amount of refund will depend on how long it takes us to complete laundry, cleaning and sanitizing. ****Due to misuse of the washer and dryer, missing and broken items in the basement, laundry will only be available if requested prior to checking in. If you request to use it, we ask that you at least start a load of towels or sheets upon checking out. And that you only enter the basement for doing laundry it is not a hangout. You will be charged for broken or missing items. ****If at any point you have more guests than you booked for, you will be charged an additional $50 per night, per guest. All “visitors” must be approved my owner before checking in. ****If you use more beds than appropriate for the amount of guests staying, you will be charged an additional linings fee of $25 per bed used. ****If you are planning on bringing a dog, please let us know and read house rules for all details and pet fee information.
