All touch points, surfaces, kitchenware and linens, including upholstery, are being disinfected and sanitized on a routine basis. Our guests' health and safety are our top priority. Your space is located in the lower level of our beautiful home in the historic Old North End of Colorado Springs. The unit is spacious, comfortable clean and modern. The unit has a private entrance. The common room has a kitchen, dining table with seating for 5, sofa bed, comfortable furniture and 55" smart TV. The newly renovated kitchen offers a full refrigerator, convection micro, stove top, blender, dishwasher, garbage disposal and just about all the tools you'll need to make a nice meal. The space has 1 full bathroom, 1 cozy bedroom and is perfect for relaxing after a long day of adventuring! The master bedroom has its own TV as well. Enjoy the hot tub just outside the sliding glass door, or stretch out in the hammock located in the large, shaded backyard where there is also a charcoal grill/smoker, picnic table and a gas fire pit. There is an option to pay a slightly higher rate and cleaning fee to have access to another 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower (sleeps 8.) Additional fees: We have put so much work into making your stay perfect, and we value the time we have between guests to prepare for future guests. Please note that there are minimal fees for guaranteed early check ins or late check outs to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
