Simple and clean house with minimalist decor, well ventilated rooms in a safe and peaceful residential colony. Park facing house and market at a distance of 2-3 minutes walk . we have four rooms all with attached washrooms. there is a common living space and kitchen. we will provide you with 2 rooms with attached washrooms . Living area and kitchen is common for other two rooms. the area is well connected by metro and public and private transportation. The space The 2 Bedrooms has Air conditioner, TVs and Heaters (in winters),comfortable king size beds with 2 en-suite attached modern Bathroom. It also has full sized wardrobes and also 2 big long length mirrors for you to get comfortably ready before heading out. rooms are clean and spacious. washrooms are provided with basic toiletries. Good speed Wifi is available in the property The back space of the house has a washing machine with a drying stand. Living room and fully functional Kitchen is also there. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, utensils and Cutlery. The kitchen is full equipped with (a.) Gas Stove, (b.) Refrigerator, (c.)Microwave, (d.)Tea Kettle, (e.) Utensils – Pressure cooker, Frying Pan, Tea Pan, Rolling pin and plate, chopping plate, kadhai/ cooking pot, (f.) Cutlery – Plates, Glasses, Cups, Bowls, Spoons, Forks, Knifes etc and (g.) Thus, giving you everything for a longer, comfortable, home stay experience. Guest access Guest will have access to two rooms attached washrooms, common looby cum living area . During your stay We personally welcome our guests so we can make sure you are comfortable with the apartment and the neighborhood,any questions you may have about transportation and sightseeing. Most international flights arrive late at night and we will have a caretaker be there if you arrive late night or early morning. There will be someone there to help you with your luggage if needed. The guest will be served Tea or coffee on arrival if they need it. Other things to note We can arrange for a local TAXI to pick you up or you can take a ola or uber from the airport which is equally convenient. We have a helper who stays on the property 24X7,so guests arriving late night /early morning are welcome! Flexible check out is only available if the room is not expected to be occupied by anyone else. Normal checkout time is 10AM and check in is after 11Am. we do not allow partying in the house.
