Upper level of this beautiful 2 level house situated in a prime location is rented out. It has a very big living room, plus a bedroom with attached bathroom+toilet. Also there is a fully equipped kitchen. There is a balcony area in the front and back. The bedroom sleeps 2 adults and the living room has a very big divan area which can sleep 2 adults easily. There is a separate stairs access to the second floor which has it own main entry door. The space Living Room: This room has 2 big Sofas with 3-4 chairs. There is a 32" TV with cable connection. There is a big divana area which can sleep 2 adults easily. Here we kept an air cooler to make the guests comfortable during summer Bedroom: This room has a double bed that sleeps 2 adults. It has a dresser and clothes storage shelves. This room has an attached bathroom+toilet. Bathroom has access to hot water shower 24 hours (solar water heater) and also we also installed a geezer incase of failure of solar during cloudy and winter season. Here we have kept split air conditioner Kitchen: This room has a refrigerator. A gas stove with 2 burners and cylinder. It has a sink with water access and also water purifier facility. Vessels, utensils, plates, glasses, spoons, knife, a kettle and a mixer grinder are stored in the glass enclosed shelf. We have also kept a microwave oven here and the vessels to use for microwave oven. Kettle is there to heat the water. Sugar, salt and tea powder are also provided. Balcony (back) : There is a balcony on the back with a semi automatic washing machine and clothes drying stand and a sit out area. From there there is steps to go to terrace where you will get good scenary and the neighborhood. Balcony (front): Balcony in the front is a sight to watch! With a view of some parts of Mysuru and even Chamundi Hills on a clear day. It has a 3 person swing with cushions. Front balcony has a variety of interesting potted plants. It will be really a relaxing place with a cup of tea or coffee in the morning and evening Guest access Guest can access all the top stairs area, including the living room, 1 bedroom, 1 attached bathroom, kitchen, Terrace area, Balcony area. There is a separate access door from the downstairs which is separate from the main house entrance. Other things to note Inside the premise there is no parking facility. But opposite to the house there is a vacant site where multiple cars can be parked. It is a safe location to park vehicles.
