Garage is not for guest use as we use it for storage. Other things to note Don't speed in Katy! Almost all roads in old town Katy are 30 mph. You can chance it only up to about 34-35, but not over. There is a 2 dog limit, and they should be crated when you’re not home. The backyard is fenced but some of the fence is 3' and they can’t be allowed in front, unless on a leash. Pet friendly area. Ducks roam the area from the lake.
