It’s located on the first floor of a nice two stories building. Just 50 meters away you will find the famous "Avenida", a very good and cheap restaurant. The apartment comprise of a living room with a queen size sofa-bed, a dining table and a complete kitchen, a small balcony with two chairs and a small coffe table. A corridor will take you to the two bedrooms. Both bedroom have a queen size bed. The bathroom is complete with sink, WC, bidet, shower and tub. Complete with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, pots & pans, dishes, cups and glasses, tableware, italian moka coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, hair dryer, washing machine, iron - iron board, internet WiFi connection and a TV with satellite international channels. The apartment is very quiet and comfortable. The apartment is on the first floor. There is no elevator in the building (just one easy flight of stairs to climb). There is also a very comfortable garage with a private spot, where you can safely park you car. Street parking in the back of the building is also very easy. The apartment is located just 400 meters from the sea, the beach, the port, bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, taxis, the promenade and all the nightlife. The location is the best you can wish for! Other things to note Both bedrooms have a queen size bed. One bedroom can be set with two single beds, only upon specific request at the time of your reservation.
