The one room has double bed, bedside table and a large wardrobe. The second room, second double bed, is in the same space with the living room-kitchen and can be separated by a curtain. The living room includes a double sofa, table, opposite is pinned to the wall the LCD TV and just below is the dining room. Next to the dining room is the kitchen equipped with the necessary equipment. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, small refrigerator and a drawer. - The heating of the house is done by air conditioner, its located in the bedroom which is separated by curtain. In the small room there is a convector. - For hot water it has water heater, is located in the small room. For its usage I write it all in the “Instructions and tips”. The apartment is ground floor and contains 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen and toilet. One room includes queen size bed, bedside table and large closet. The second room, second double bed, is in the same space as the living room and is separated by a curtain. The living room includes a double sofa, coffee table, just opposite is pinned to the wall LCD TV and just below the TV is a small dining table. Just is the kitchen equipped with the necessary equipment. It has an electric stove, microwave, small fridge and a chest of drawers. - For heating the house has air conditioning located in most of the apartment, just above the bed separated by the curtain. In the small room there is a convector. - A hot water heater is available for hot water. For its use and how it works I mention everything in the “Instructions and helpful tips”. Guest access The entrance of the apartment it's not via the building but from the courtyard. I have installed a key box outside the apartment and check-in can be done without me. At the time of your arrival, at approximately 12:00 to 13:00, I text you the code, instructions on how to get inside the apartment and a screenshot of the area. The entrance of the apartment is not through the apartment building but through the courtyard. Check-in is done without the presence of a host since I have placed a lockbox outside the apartment, on the day of your reservation, between 12:00 and 13:00, I will send you the code for the lockbox, information on how to find the apartment and pictures of what the area looks like. Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT - EVERY Friday it has street market, they put the stalls outside the apartment. - There's an accommodation fee and can be changed anytime if a new law increases it.
