High Street Inn- delightful country cottage

A spunky little bnb in the heart of Strathalbyn, sleeping up to 6 in 3 king rooms. There are 3 lockable rooms available as depicted in photos. Extra persons are charged at a rate of $65/person/night to a maximum of 6. A close base for trips to the popular wine regions and beaches. Gorgeously appointed for relaxing, sitting on the verandah for sunny brunches, or by the open fire on cooler nights. A commercial kitchen perfect for catering or allowing you to release your inner master chef! The space The space is welcoming and comfortable. There are 3 lockable rooms available as depicted in photos: your choice of The White Room, The Study or The Fireside Room. The listed rate refers to ONE ROOM TWIN SHARE. -For 2 PEOPLE ONLY in SEPARATE ROOMS, or -For 3 PEOPLE ALL IN SEPARATE ROOMS (ie no twin share) there will be an additional charge of $95/room/night. This charge will be invoiced directly and is payable 24 hours prior to commencement of booking. The High Street Inn can sleep 6 people easily- 3 couples. 4 extra guests can stay, and are charged at a rate of $65/guest/night. The rate also includes the use of the laundry, the bathroom, and the kitchenette which is located in the lounge/dining area. The commercial kitchen, however, can be a great experience for guests, and intimate dinner parties can be catered for at an additional cost. The more confident home cook is welcome to utilise this kitchen, but it is expected that it will be respectfully used and cleaned, otherwise cleaning charges may apply. Please contact us for catering ideas, or registrations of interest in our cooking school. Reverse cycle air conditioning is available throughout, and open fireplaces (wood not supplied, but can be). A delightful outside table for brunches or pre dinner drinks. Located close to the beautiful cafes, and shops of Strath, and the Langhorne Creek and McLaren Vale wine regions further afield. Guest access Guests have access to all usual amenities like laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer, and kitchenette. The bedrooms all have lockable access. Guests have access to a fully functioning commercial kitchen, perfect for cooking demonstration and/or cooking schools- for an additional fee. The bathroom has a relaxing bath, and there's also two open fireplaces. The use of the fireplaces needs to be negotiated prior to your stay.
