The space • 16 sqm bedroom is located on the 3rd floor of a beachfront villa, accessible via 40 steps in total. • The bedroom features a queen-size bed with a private ensuite bathroom and shower. Amenities include an electric kettle, toaster, and mini-fridge. • Guests can enjoy a shared open-air dining area and kitchen at the spacious (35 sqm) covered terrace, offering breathtaking sea views. This area is shared with only one other similar bedroom. • The shared kitchen is equipped with kitchenware, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, and a washing machine • A 43” Smart TV is available in the bedroom, with complimentary access to popular streaming services such as Netflix and YouTube, along with a selection of other useful apps. During your stay We live on-site so we will be available in case any assistance is required. Other things to note • We supply a set of towels for each guest, including bath, face, and beach towels. • Weekly replacement of bedding and towels is provided at no extra cost. • Electricity and water are included in the rental, but we kindly ask for mindful consumption. • Upon request (at least 2 days prior to check-in), we can provide a baby cot (for ages 0-2) and a high chair free of charge.
