Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full bath house on Long Lake/Phillips Chain of Lakes in Phillips, WI. Home has recently been remodeled and can be used for all 4 seasons. Finished basement includes add'l sleeping space (2 bunk beds, full bed on bottom with twin on top), washer/dryer along with a walk-out door to the lake. Patio, charcoal grill, firepit and dock. Excellent fishing, sandy lake frontage. In the winter, the home is located on the snowmobile trail. Large parking area for trailer or boats. The space The cottage was recently updated and has everything you should need to make you feel at home. The main floor includes entryway, kitchen and open dining and living room. Large windows allow beautiful views of the lake. 2 bedrooms upstairs with one full bathroom. Finished basement is one common room with laundry area and 2 bunk beds which have a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top bunk. Another full bathroom is in the basement. Walk out door from basement leads to the lake. We have a private dock along with bumpers to dock your boat. A firepit and firewood is available. The cabin is fully stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. The cabin is located on Long Lake yet grocery store, gas station, hardware store, Kwik Trip, coffee shop, boutique stores and restaurants are nearby. If it is a rainy day, a bowling alley and movie theater are available. A golf course is nearby, accessible by water. We love our Long Lake cottage and hope you will too. Guest access Plenty of parking available. Get around by boat, UTV, bicycyle or vehicle. Other things to note Golf course access by lake.
