Description
This room is in an historic pub, known as the Bucks Head Tavern. It is self-catering accommodation. It's semi rural only 10 minutes from central Greymouth but has space to walk, bike, and swim on its doorstep. 11 kilometres from Blackball, gateway to NZ's newest Great Walk, the Paparoa Great Walk and Cycle Trail. We are not flash but what we lack in "modern" we make up for in character. Our family lives near-by and it is highly likely that we may have dogs on the premises. The space Great things about our property. We are an example of living history our building is 110 years old. Taylorville/Greymouth is close to many popular attractions. Arthurs Pass Hokitika Gorge Reefton Punakaiki (Pancake rocks) Can all be accessed with an Hours driving. Our age means we have wobbly floors and if the weather has been bad we can that smell of age. Although after a clear day we air the place out. Rooms have a double bed and a single bed. communal kitchen and shared bathroom.
