The TV is not a smart TV, but it does have Roku and some local channels. Guest access There is a small basement apartment that I rent out to a long term tenant. They have a small puppy and a cat that may be in the yard on occasion. You have private access to the entire upstairs unit. The outdoor space is shared. Other things to note The driveway is steep and low clearance vehicles may have an issue (especially in the winter). You may use the driveway to the North of the 5plex which is less steep if needed.
