La Dimora 3: Class & Comfort

An elegant 17th-century building, this is one of four completely renovated apartments just 100 meters from the center of Sant'Agata, managed by the owners Giulia and Gianluca. La Dimora is a perfect place for a relaxing break and enjoys magnificent garden and pool! A few metres on foot from bus stops to get to Sorrento, Amalfi Coast and to the local beach of Marina del Cantone in Nerano. The space "La Dimora" structure has 4 apartments. Each apartment will have a personal garden and private entrance. The pool is a common area for guests of the 4 apartments (12 guests total). Your children will be welcome! We will provide you the baby cot and the high chair if you need it! In the garden: Relax in the comfortable sofa and chairs, as you enjoy a meal with bbq al fresco, or simply relax with friends over a glass of wine as the sun goes down. Alive with greenery and flowers, the garden is a wonderful place in which to find a quiet corner to relax, or simply for a stroll. Guest access Access to La Dimora is along a private road of about 50m. There is space to park one car for apartment. You enter through the ancient original gate of the house, giving access to a shared inner courtyard. Guests have free access to the apartment, garden and swimming pool. In the garden: Relax in the comfortable sofa and chairs, as you enjoy a meal with bbq or simply relax with friends and family over a glass of wine as the sun goes down. Rooms and amenities: Moving inside, La Dimora is furnished in a charming, simple fashion, with clean white walls and cool tiled floors. The kitchen offers all of the equipment you will need during your stay, including a four burner gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and iron. Within the kitchen is a dining area with a table. There is internet Wifi throughout the apartment. Other things to note Tourist tax (3€ x night x adult) isn't included in the price, to be paid in cash at check-in. Check in from 3pm to 10pm. Check out by 10am. No late check out.
