Architect's own home with a 3 room attached casita

This is an attached 800 s.f. casita in a quiet, established, upscale family neighborhood. We are within 10 minutes of 3 major thoroughfares (I17, the 101 & the 51). The property is lush and landscaped with desert plantings. Both bedrooms have a view to the pool. There is a wood-burning fire pit with lots of firewood. Garage parking for one (up to mid-sized vehicle). There is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, dining for 8 and lounge seating for 8. Feel free to share all of those with us! The space The casita has its own entry via its one car garage; guests will have the use of a remote control for the garage door. The wifi is newly upgraded and has a dedicated partition for the casita. Guest access The casita is self contained, with its own bathroom and kitchenette in addition to the two bedrooms and the sitting room (with the sleeper sofa for extra accommodation for two guests). The back yard has a courtyard with lounge seating, dining and a kitchen (with a gas grill & cooktop) in addition to the pool, fire pit and paths through the garden. Guests are welcome to use all of these and to make themselves comfortable. Other things to note Two standard poodles live with us. They are both very friendly, love children and are hypoallergenic. Feel free to make friends with them if you see them out and about in the yard. Late arrivals, after 10 PM can access the casita by using the key box near the front door.
