Recently refurbished studio flat in the heart of Bayswater / Lancaster Gate and is just 1 min. walk to the Hyde Park in the Lower Ground Floor of a Victorian Building, it includes the basic needs for someone to have a great stay. The Studio Flat is about 5 mins. walk to either Bayswater Station and the vibrant shops and coffee houses of Queensway, it is also 10 min. walk to Notting Hill Gate. It is close to the famous Kensington Palace and the beautiful Kensington High Street. The space Ideal for Friends and / or Young Couples. This studio is located on the lower ground floor ( basement ) with13 steps going down to get to the flat itself , There is no natural light coming into it and not much of a fresh air, However it comes with electric heater and an air conditioning system with should keeps the flat cold in the summer , nice and warm in winter. Guest access This newly renovated Studio Flat apartment is located on the basement floor of a building that has no elevator, so guests would need to take the 13 steps down to get to the apartment. This apartment comes with a small open-plan kitchen that contains an electric cooker, fridge, freezer, and microwave. It also has a small folded dining table and a medium sized 32" TV. It comes with a double bed and a small sized wardrobe. The newly renovated bathroom contains a shower-room, towels, and other basic needs, such as shampoo. Since this flat is located on the basement floor, there is very little natural light coming in. However, there is an air-conditioning system to keep the flat cool in summer, and a wall mounted electric heater to keep the flat warm during winter days. Although we are hoping for the best service within your stay and for Hygienic purposes, Please Note that I do not supply food items such as; Sugar, Salt, Coffee, Oil, Milk.....etc. Other things to note In the interest of guest's comfort, parties or loud music are not allowed in this apartment to eliminate noise. For the guests' comfort, smoking is not allowed in this apartment to eliminate air pollution.
