Property number 296758 The space Nestled among the trees and nature, far from the noise of the road, the apartment has quick and convenient access to all the services and recreation in the area. The natural slope of our land has allowed us to develop, within the main residence, a completely autonomous and very sunny apartment on the lower level. As the rental accommodation is adjacent to our residence, respect for the premises and tranquility is therefore requested from our tenants. Independent entrance, terrace for the exclusive use of tenants, parking shared with hosts. Two bedrooms with double bed and master bedroom with queen bed. Lots of storage in every bedroom. Bathroom with large shower. Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to cook large and small dishes. Nespresso or Italian coffee machines depending on your taste. Living room with large sofa bed and dining table comfortably accommodating 6 people. Games and video games, books, music, and DVDs. Large terrace for exclusive use with summer lounge, BBQ, table for 6 to 8 people, deckchairs and trampoline. Guest access We are usually on site to welcome our visitors and answer their questions or information needs about the area and its activities. In case of absence, the accommodation is however accessible via a secure box. Check-in and accommodation information is then emailed. Check-in is at 5pm but when available, we can accommodate earlier. However, this needs to be confirmed beforehand. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is located in the hosts' private home. Completely self-contained with terrace and private entrance. Ample parking is available to visitors and shared with hosts when present. Please note that if you have an electric vehicle, you must bring your 110 V connector.
