Entire holiday home in hills amidst fruit orchards

You’ll love my place because of the location & ambiance. It is good for couples and families (with elderly parents wheel chair accessible ). Set in rural background, equipped with all modern facilities. Situated in Nathuakhan , on the road leading to Hartola. It commands a good view of the Himalayas and the area is known as fruit basket of Kumaon. Apple, Peach, Plum, Apricot are the popular fruit. On a clear day Himalayan peaks Nanda Devi Trishul are visible from the rooms itself. The space 1. Your holiday home, is best suited for busy people who think that sometimes doing nothing is also an important part of life. 2. NOTHING TO DO AND EVERYTHING TO GAIN SHOULD BE THE MOTTO AT THIS PLACE. 3.Not the place for people looking for the usual hustle bustle Mall Road type surroundings but for those who admire serenity and silence of the hills. 4. It consists of 2 separate floors. 5. Top floor has a bedroom with attached modern bathroom, a living room and fully equipped kitchen. The total CARPET AREA is approx 530 square feet plus a 70 sq feet balcony. The bed room has a queen size bed ( 6feet*6feet- one child can be accomated), one/two sofa cum bed, one almirah, luggauge rack and 2 side bed tables. Can accommodate 3-4 people. The living room has sofa seaters and if required can sleep 2-3 additional persons. The bed room has a large window to enjoy the scenic view outside. On a clear day Himalayan Peaks Nanda Devi , Trishul etc are visible sitting in the room itself. The kitchen is well equipped and you can do your own cooking. In case required you can get the help of a full time/part time cook , cleaner at additional cost. 6. The bottom floor has 2 bed rooms with attached modern bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Bed rooms have a queen size bed ( 6*6 feet can accomodate a child), 1 sofa bed, 1 almirah and a rack. One bed room has a 70 sq feet balcony. Both rooms have a large window to enjoy the scenic view outside. On a clear day Himalayan Peaks Nanda Devi , Trishul etc are visible sitting in the room itself. The CARPET AREA is approx.530 sq feet plus a 70 sq feet balcony. 7. Parking is free and can accommodate 3-4 cars. 8. In case of electricity failure we have a 600/800va inverter with a 100/120ah battery enough to last for 2/3 days. Power appliances like geysers, microwave etc. will not work. Mobile phones can be charged. 9. For safety and security purpose we have cameras installed. Guest access entire area is accessible to guests apart from a few cupboards on which it is clearly mentioned not for guest use. Other things to note 1. We wish guests use this place as if it was their own. 2. Request not to damage anything. In case you find anything damaged/not working at the time of check-in please inform immediately. Please also inform in case of an incident. Any damage shall be chargeable. 2. Use the water judiciously as it is a scarce commodity. After using kitchen/bathroom make sure that the water taps are closed properly - or all the water will be gone. 3. Switch off electrical appliances after use. Take care to unplug chargers after your devices are charged. 4. Keep general cleanliness. Clean food droppings otherwise it may attract insects. Avoid any water stains/ marks on the flooring. DUSTERS ARE KEPT IN THE BALCONY. In case of any damage/stains on the duvet, bed sheets, pillows, blankets etc., a fees of Rs.2000/- shall be charged. 5. No raising of voices, vulgar/foul language, fighting amongst yourselves. 6. Do not do any illegal activities otherwise suitable police/legal action shall be initiated. 7. Visitors not permitted in the home. In case you plan to have visitors, please inform and take prior permission through proper platform. 8. More people found staying than booked. In such a case a fine of Rs.2000/- per person per day shall have to be paid. 9. Don’t make any alterations in the home furniture, accessories etc. 10. Keys- Take special care to keep the keys safely. Loss of keys shall be charged at Rs.2000/- per key and will result in unnecessary delay in opening the lock. 11. Carrying anything outside the house ( towels, bed sheets, utensils etc) not allowed. 12. Do not disturb other people / neighbours with your behaviour & activities. 13. GARBAGE – Please separate organic and plastic separately. Put garbage etc. in the dustbin kept under the sink in the kitchen. Please do not throw garbage anywhere else. Dustbin is emptied regularly ( depending upon mutual convenience – after 2/3 days) for proper garbage disposal. IF POSSIBLE GUESTS ARE REQUESTED TO TAKE THE GARBAGE WITH THEM SPECIALLY THE PLASTICS FOR PROPER DISPOSAL, THIS CAN BE PUT IN BHOWALI MUNICIPAL CORPORATION DUSTBINS KEPT AT MANY LOCATIONS ON THE ROAD. 14. It is advisable not to go for a walk at night. It might be dangerous as animals have been spotted at night. 15. Keep the mesh doors/windows closed otherwise flies/bugs might enter.
