Hidden paradise in the heart of Berlin, refurbished old horse stable - individually and rustic styled property with 3 apartments (3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms for 8 to 13 guests), in summertime a green oasis in the bustle of the city, in the winter creating a cosy cabin atmosphere, also with fire places in each room. Here you are relaxing, feeling undisturbed and welcome to be many. A good home base to discover the city by day and the night, close to all public transport, 10 min from Alexanderplatz. The space A real piece of Berlin, right on the border from Lichtenberg to Friedrichshain - right in the middle and yet for itself. In the former horse stable, in the courtyard of a Berlin family house from 1890, we have furnished two comfortable studios and a two-room apartment with cooking area, three bathrooms and wood-burning stoves. Apartments are in Berlin in a very sensual and unusual environment. They offer 8 to 13 sleeping places on 3 queen size beds, 1 double bed and 3 pull-out sofas in three bedrooms. If you want to experience what it looked like in former Berlin, this is the place you can do so. In the surroundings you will find a rare mixture of typical Kiez life, East Berlin flair, listed buildings in the Victoria quarter and forgotten, lonely streets. You are welcome to be our guests. Guest access The yard with its facilities is open to the guests. Hammocks, hollywood swing, park bench or camp fire invite you to linger. If necessary, your laundry can be washed for a donation. Ironing board, iron and other utensils are also available on request. The most relaxed exploration of the area and the city is by bicycle. There are several of them available for 6,00 EUR per day. Please advise beforehand. Other things to note A current announcement in my own interest: Renting my Urban Mojo apartments is legally and commercially permissible, a purpose alienation of living space does not take place. My offers are not affected by the restrictions imposed by the new law in Berlin. I am happy when my guests feel like at home and spend a good time here. The house is furnished with love and care, you are guests on an inhabited, life-filled property, in which every day people go in and out. We are unconventional in our way of life, but we attach great importance to the privacy and the boundaries of others.
