House surrounded by greenery, 4 km from the Amalfi Coast

A 16th-century house nestled in the Mediterranean scrub and in the green heart of the Amalfi Coast, just 4 km from the sea of Maiori. Ideal for relaxing and immersing yourself in the silence of a still uncontaminated landscape but also in a strategic position for those who want to enjoy extraordinary natural, cultural, culinary experiences and visit the seaside villages of Cetara, Conca dei Marini, Minori, Amalfi, Vietri or the sumptuous villas of Ravello, with its breathtaking views and its concerts. The space The house, about 80 square meters, occupies the ground floor of a sixteenth-century structure with vaults and barrel ceilings and is recognized by the ADSI (Association of Italian Historical Residences). In the dining room there is also an ancient wood-burning oven, in the living room a stone fireplace. The house has a separate entrance and a panoramic pergola terrace (with views of the valley and a romantic slice of sea) where you can eat, read a book or rest lulled by the sound of cicadas. From the terrace you can access a common garden, equipped with deck chairs and hammock and embellished with rose plants and vines.
