Wood House de Chou&Dou - Very nice sea view

Our Wood House is a rustic, well-maintained, furnished and equipped chalet: it is a cozy studio of about 25 m² with private access (+ a new parking space), with garden and terrace overlooking the sea (and the whales during the mating season from mid-July to mid-September), all about 8 minutes by car from the 4-lane road (access to La Possession) and less than 15 minutes from the Port at any time. (Note: a 2nd larger chalet is available by searching "Guest House de Chou&Dou") The space This Wood House is an outbuilding close to the owners' residence. - It is a studio that has: 1 bed, 1 PC/Netflix TV, 1 air conditioner, 1 kitchenette with 1 mini fridge, 1 microwave and 1 induction stove. - Outside: a large covered terrace and garden. - From a safety point of view, the accommodation with its perched terrace is not suitable for children. - We are 300 m above sea level, there are few mosquitoes, however as there is a lot of vegetation expect to come across some "beasts", including: sleeping lizards (a kind of chameleon that moves on the branches), margouillats (a small white indoor lizard), geckos (a small green outdoor lizard), babouks (beautiful plump and harmless spiders that hunt insects indoors and outdoors), midges (which are attracted to lights at night) as well as cockroaches (a kind of small cockroach) or red ants (if you leave crumbs inside or outside). - On request, we can offer you regular or occasional cleaning during your stay. Guest access - The entire chalet is accessible, as well as its private garden. - Entry is via a dedicated door on the path and you have to climb a dozen steps outside. - The parking space is outside on the side of the road: it is sloping. (UPDATE: We built a new parking lot 20 m below to replace the previous place that was deemed difficult) Other things to note - The driveway is steep, but can be used by any type of vehicle. - In addition, work is underway at the beginning of the road, it is currently in poor condition: drive carefully! - The neighborhood is quiet during the day, and at night it can be punctuated by the barking of a few dogs and on weekends by a few festive evenings in the area.
