Walking distance to Lismore’s CBD, close to SCU (University), river, cafes, nightlife, public swimming pool. Only 4 minutes drive to Lismore Base Hospital & 3 minutes to St Vincent’s Private Hospital. This location is good for patients and hospital staff. The house is one side of a 1920’s duplex & has gorgeous original features. The household consists of myself, two friendly dogs, Nahla & Brock and Billy the cat. Brock is a large dog with a loud voice but a big softy. I’m vegetarian. The space The house has 2 bedrooms and is a lovely old timber 1920’s house. It was built as a duplex. My Mother and sister live on the other side, Brock spends a lot of time there including evenings and sleeping there. I have an outside bath undercover with a yoga practice space. The laundry and cloths line are downstairs in the back yard. I keep the kitchen layout simple and open after having had a cafe, everything is easy to find and quick to cook with. I have a wood fire in the lounge room… it makes Winter more fun and the house super cozy. Guest access Guests are welcome to all parts of the house except of course my bedroom. The indoor bathroom across from the guest room is for the guests private use. During your stay Happy to have a chat & answer questions. Other things to note Please be aware there are 2 dogs here, Nahla is sweet and smart and lives here all the time. Brock mostly lives next door, but I feed and walk him and he is very keen to meet guests. If you don’t like dogs then this won’t suit you.
