The BaySprings Family Rest House

The villa is located in Bay, Laguna, along the CALABARZON highway. We offer very clean and spacious bedrooms with own restrooms and AC units. We have a family-sized swimming pool 3 ft to 5ft deep, with lukewarm spring waters, not hotspring. Location is very accessible to restaurants, fast foods and South Supermarket. We have ample parking space. The place is perfect for staycation to allow family bonding. Freshly home-baked goodies can also be ordered well in advance. Guest access Upon entrance to the Encarnacion subdivision where the resort is located, you will be asked to pay for the passway per car; please just let the Guard know that you are guests at the BaySprings family rest house, and they will allow you to pass without paying. You can park your cars at the parking space beside the resort. You can access the ground and second floor of the resort where the 2 bedrooms are located. The 3rd floor which has a roof top garden is not accessible at the moment. We encourage family bonding, hence noise and revelry specially at night should be minimal and up to 10pm only. We discourage use of videoke. Should you wish to rent, we can arrange for it outside with a fee. However, please note that use of videoke is strictly at to 10pm only. Other things to note Plantitos and Plantitas will surely enjoy a visit to Mt. Kalisungan Organic Garden, which is just about 3 kilometers away from the resort. You can also buy organic produce such as vegetable salad, herbs and spices, as well as ornamental plants and garden supplies. You will also enjoy the scenery of Mt. Kalisungan, facing the farm. Fresh buko juice, and our special Buko halo-halo overload, are also available in the farm. Fresh Tilapia is also available for sale; organically grown using Biofloc fish farming system.
