Set amongst gardens overlooking our Persimmon orchard and close to nature walks, tramping, mountain biking tracks, safe swimming and surf beaches. Town is only 8 minutes away. A great place as a base to tour the Coromandel We have ONE comfy queen bed, peacefulness and typical Kiwi Hospitality. The Studio is above a shared space for Pod guests and they are asked to be mindful of others. There are steep stairs to reach the self contained studio. We do our best to ensure you have a quiet stay. The space My husband Russell and I have lived at our property for 40 years. We invite you to share our piece of paradise with us. We enjoy meeting travelers and offering genuine Kiwi hospitality. Our unique self contained studio with ONE queen bed in total, has everything you need for short or longer stays. The Studio is above a shared kitchenette that the pod guests use. Guests are asked to respect your need for a quiet space above them. You have the top story as your space. You have a set of stairs to climb. The studio is fully self contained with a kitchen that is well equipped. There is only 1 queen bed in the studio. There is a fridge, full stove with oven, crockery, cutlery, toaster, kettle and washing up facilities. Your shower and toilet area has a nice space to dress. A hair drier is available. The ironing board plus iron are available in the cupboard. You will find complimentary free range eggs, cereal and toast bread. Plus home made jams to enjoy!! Towels are provided for your convenience. The Wifi is not available in the studio. You will need your own mobile data. Other things to note You are more than happy to enjoy the garden and the seats under the veranda roof. It is a lovely space for breakfast, in the morning sun.
