Unit 5 is located on the first floor of an Art Deco apartment block with views from the lounge and twin room across a leafy park. With two Queen rooms and a twin room plus separate lounge, kitchen and dining rooms it is quite spacious and ideally located for exploring Lithgow, Blue Mountains and the Central West. Discounts are offered for longer stays. Lithgow is surrounded by mountains with great bush walking opportunities, mountain bikes and terrific fishing and boating 15 minutes away. The space The styling is comfortable. It is spacious enough for longer term stays, yet convenient enough for short stays. With two Queen rooms plus a twin room it is ideal, and very cost effective, for larger families or even two couples with children, roll away bed or cots can also be provided. With separate dining and kitchen it is spacious and comfortable. Guest access Guests have access to a lock up garage, additional space to store bicycles, prams etc is available within the building but outside the apartment. Door to apartments is only by key or security intercom from the apartment. Long term stays are serviced weekly ie cleaned and linen replaced. Apartment is equipped with washer and dryer. Other things to note While the apartments are older they are comfortable, clean and comfortably furnished.
