La Belle Garden suite in central North Vancouver

Welcome to our charming and comfortable 2-bedroom space with a kitchenette, nestled in North Vancouver. This fully independent area ensures complete privacy from our main home. Our neighborhood is just a 5-minute walk from the main bus route, offering a safe and walkable environment. You’ll find grocery stores, shops, and a variety of dining options just minutes away on foot. Getting to Vancouver, Whistler, Grouse Mountain, and Capilano Suspension Bridge is convenient and straightforward. The space You access your space by private entrance from the back lane (alley) of the house with a driveway that can fit one car. It’s a bright and clean above-ground suite in our home and is two bedroom. Four adults will fit, but it will be a bit tight since there’s no living room (so no couch). Families will love the second bedroom being quite separate from the main, so kids can sleep while adults can relax. The large room is very bright with a queen bed, TV, and desk that converts into a table for four. The second room has a TV and a double bed. There’s a clean and updated bathroom with a shower and tub. The kitchenette is well-equipped with everything - except a stove. We have a microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet, coffee maker, kettle, and mini-fridge and hot-plate. Guest access There’s a little patio set outside of the suite in the summer for a little outside eating if you wish. Winter tends to be a little wet for outside so the table is stored. Other things to note There is no living room or seating area. This a two bedroom suite, with one bathroom and a well appointed kitchenette.
