The beach is 10m from the wide deck, and is also visible from each room. The space one Bedroom and kitchen & Living room.(total 36 ㎡) ＋outside deck 36 ㎡ Our place is  small, even by Japanese standards,  Max 3 people ( ex: two adults and one child / Not three adults ) Babies up to 2 years old ( and who don’t need our bedding) can stay free. Child under 12 years : 6000yen per night. Guest access Only the people booked into stay can sleep overnight and use the facilities. ( outside shower , toilet , deck , etc.) We will not tolerate guests who smuggle in their friends or throw parties on our property. Car Parking We offer a free parking space for you during your stay.just 1-2 minutes walk from the door Other things to note Check in / 3:00 pm Check out / 10:00 am No animals , No smoking , No bbq , fire works , No loud music , party. Bodyboards and beach chairs are not available, please bring your own or hire from the shop. Unlike hotels, there is no cleaning, towel changing or toothbrushes during your stay, so you must bring your own. (4 towels are provided per stay). By Taxi: From Izukyu Shimoda railway station, ask the driver for “Iritahama TBS hoyoujo, no ni ken saki, onegai shimasu." Takes about 10 mins from the station, costs 1500 yen. By bus: No.2 or No.3 or No.4 Bus stop name " Irita " 入田 ( 5 -6stops from Shimoda station ) costs 330 yen. By car: Put "Iritahama" or "FermenCo “(pizza restaurant) into your car navi. We are about 40 metres beyond the Kaorukaze ( use to be “ Toutei “ ) Japanese-style ryokan (hotel).
