A rejuvenating and relaxing country house

This house, rated 2 stars by the Tourist Office, with garden offers the atmosphere and charm of old country houses combined with the friendliness of the place. The Montager cottages are in a very quiet environment and are a nice starting point for walks in Chalencon along the Chemin du Facteur, for mushroom picking, and for hikes by quad, motorcycle, or mountain bike... A usable part of the barn allows you to store your bicycles, motorcycles, quads. The enclosed garden is in the backyard with barbecue. The space sleeps up to 6 people. bedroom 1: 140 bed for 2 people bedroom 2: 140 bed for 2 people, 1 120 cm farmhouse bed and 1 80 cm bed. Beds are made on arrival, towels and linens are provided. End-of-stay cleaning not included. A deposit of 70 euros is required upon arrival and returned if cleaning is ok upon departure. Possibility to book the end-of-stay cleaning for 70 EUROS when you book. Montager cottages, Lieu-dit Montager, Saint-André-de-Chalencon. A Godin wood-burning stove in the main room heats the downstairs room. Electric radiators upstairs in the bedrooms. Please note that this is a country house in which the bathroom AREA includes: 1 shower, 1 toilet, 1 sink. So it's a room to share between all the people renting the property. Another sink is accessible for bedroom 2. A small enclosed private garden is adjacent to the back of the house. A small terrace in front of the house allows you to have breakfast in the sun outside. A room open to the outside allows you to extend the evenings in front of the house (glass doors opening to the outside). Very quiet hamlet. Wood stove for heating. Wood provided for the duration of the stay. If you need extra wood: 30 euro per 1/3 cord. Guest access possibility of storing bicycles, quads and motorcycles in the adjoining barn.
