Super centrally located on Zionskirchplatz in Mitte, in a quiet cross street to Kastanienallee with many bars, restaurants, shops, on the corner the perfect breakfast cafe/bar and the best late-night shop in the city. The apartment is Berlin! Old wooden floors, very high ceilings, individually furnished, open kitchen area in the very large living room. The apartment is good for couples, solo travelers and especially for families. The space The 130 m² apartment on the 1st floor in artistic design mixed vintage style is perfect for families with children/teenagers, or friends :) It is large and quiet and has a total of 4 sleeping areas with 2 separate bedrooms, a high level with a wide bed and another separate bedroom. Our apartment is individual and our constant personal field of experimentation - a wall between the kitchen area and the back room is currently planned - at the moment this is separated by a floor-to-ceiling curtain - this results in a fantastic large, open living area that can also be separated excellently for sleeping. It is not all perfect - but lovingly and specially furnished - just our very own apartment! The large table in the living room invites you to eat together and everyone can sit/lie comfortably together on the two sofas. The large velour sofa can be pulled out and offers another double sleeping space. The kitchen has a dishwasher, kettle, milk frother and everything you need. There is a washing machine in the utility corner in the hallway. In the large separate bedroom (room 2) there is also a sofa, which when unfolded offers a double sleeping space. The apartment is super centrally located in Mitte, right on the border with Prenzlauer Berg, tram and subway are around the corner, everything is within walking distance. Shopping can be found in the transverse Kastanienallee, not far away is the Mauerpark (on Sundays the best flea market!), down Chorinerstrasse is Torstrasse with cool bars and restaurants, adjacent there are many galleries.
