Bungalow in a country retreat

A detached bungalow set back from the road situated in a quiet, semi rural location. Its my home which I rent out when I'm away so lots of home comforts. LIVING SPACE: Living/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, conservatory and patio with seating area. BATHROOM: Walk-in shower. WORKSPACE: High speed WiFi with a Lap Top friendly work space in the rear bedroom. Complementary Tea, Coffee and breakfast cereals. NO SMOKING PARKING: Sloped shingle driveway with a tight turn to the parking area. The space Additional to the living space there is a double bed in the main bedroom with ample wardrobe space, together with a chest of draws, a bedside table and an alarm clock radio. In the second bedroom there is a double bed, wardrobe space, a small chest of draws and a Lap-Top friendly work space. There is a Conservatory to the rear of the property and a patio area Guest access We offer 'Flexible check-in'. Guest can check-in anytime from 12.00 on the day of arrival. Keys will be stored in a key box at the property. Guests are kindly requested to let us know roughly their time of arrival so we can be sure everything is ready. The property does have an alarm which is easy to use and we ask guests to set the alarm if they intend to go out. PARKING: Sloped shingle driveway with a tight turn into the parking space. Other things to note Complementary tea, coffee, plus breakfast cereals. The TV offers Freeview transmissions and the Satellite receives German, Italian, French and Spanish channels.
