Beautiful Edwardian Flat with Garden in Moseley

Edwardian Ground floor one bedroom flat with beautiful garden and free parking. We've renovated our home to combine traditional and contemporary features in a perfect location for Moseley entertainment, music festivals, cricket ground and Canon Hill Park. All 10 mins walk away or 10 mins by car/bus to city/Bham Uni/QE Hospital. When we travel we welcome guests to enjoy our designer home with wonderful garden and summerhouse . Perfect for 2 people (+1 extra on sofa poss). Travel cot available. The space When we travel we like to share our home with guests as it’s so close to vibrant Moseley with it’s festivals and entertainment. You will have access to everything in our home ... please feel free to use tea / coffee and things in our kitchen cupboards/fridge . It is a beautiful comfortable flat with original art works and pieces collected from our travels. Our personal possessions will be in the house for you to enjoy and use with care ( guitars / music etc) . We have recently installed a log burning stove which is very cosy in winter.This is not a neutral hotel this is our home - you are welcome to make it your home in true Airbnb tradition. Towels, toiletries, kitchen basics provided . Yoga mats available for use in garden or lounge. The shared garden space and summerhouse and fire pit are wonderful in summer to relax in. Guest access We have a large garden with outdoor seating, lawns and summer house with fire pit ( shared with other flat) There is also a private seating patio area off the bedroom. Other things to note The flat has one bedroom with double bed available for 2 guests. We also have a large sofa which could be used for 1 extra guest and bedding can be provided just let me know in advance (note extra charge for 3rd person). We can also provide a travel cot / toddler toys etc if required. The parking space is available on request in advance on a shared drive - space allocated is at side of our flat in front of the garage - drive with care when reversing out . If you have any special requests let me know and I will try to help . There is a security camera at side entrance covering car parking for security. A well behaved dog is welcome to stay but not allowed in bedroom or on furniture. When using garden please take to top wooded area . An extra cleaning charge of £20 is payable at booking for dogs .
